Two days in Minneapolis. What am I missing?

I'm heading to Minneapolis next week to speak at the Robotics Exchange Summit (RES). Big thanks to the folks at SICK for having me.

I'm looking forward to the conference, but also to catching up with a couple of people I haven't seen in quite some time.

Now I need some local knowledge.

If you had two days in Minneapolis, where would you go?

We're staying at the Mall of America, so that's already on the list. And I've got my Juicy Lucy spot sorted. Priorities.

What else am I missing?

What's the restaurant you'd send a friend to? The thing that's actually worth making time for? The place where a few people can grab something good to eat, hang out, and catch up?

It doesn't have to be fancy. Just something you'd say, "You can't come all this way and miss this."

If you'll be at RES next week, hopefully I'll see you there. Look for the guy in the hat.

Maybe we take one of these recommendations and go find some awesome food together.
