Three Workstations and a Five-Minute Burrito
A morning walk, three places to work, and a homemade burrito that takes about five minutes. A little look at my work-from-home routine, plus a question: what's your go-to workday lunch?

My work-from-home setup has three workstations. Today, I picked the one closest to the food.
Very strategic.
Let's go a little off the technical route today and talk about the everyday stuff.
I still travel for work, but most days I'm working from home now. And I always start with a good walk outside. I like getting out into the world before I come back and lock in for the day.
Then comes the very important decision of where to work.
I've got a station in the basement, one in the TV room on the middle level, and another upstairs in the bedroom. Today, nobody else is home, so the middle level wins. Easy access to the kitchen certainly helped its case.
Today's go-to lunch is a burrito.
I've already got beans and rice made. Put them in a tortilla, roll it up, and throw it in the air fryer for a few minutes. About five minutes later, I've got a hot homemade lunch.
Quick, easy, and something I can hold in one hand while I'm working. That's a pretty good combination.
I prefer eating at home. That doesn't mean I want to spend a big chunk of the workday cooking. Having a few things ready makes it easy to put an actual meal together without turning lunch into a whole production.
The kitchen being right there does make it tempting to snack all day. I try to keep that in check and stick to those lunches instead of constantly grabbing something as I walk past.
As for drinks, you already know I'm an energy drink guy. Coffee really isn't my thing.
I also like a sugar-free Dr Pepper. When I'm looking for something without caffeine, it's usually a Canada Dry ginger ale or something like 7UP.
Nothing particularly fancy. Just the little things that fit into my day.
So, whether you're working from home or heading into the office, what's your go-to?
What's the quick lunch you keep coming back to? And what snack do you always make sure you've got around?
I may have three workstations, but there's always room for another lunch idea.
