One Month to AEM. Bring Your Workflow.
I’m heading to the AEM Annual to lead an interactive workshop on the unseen side of agentic AI. Bring your questions and the daily workflows you’d like us to work through together.

We’re about a month away from the AEM Annual, and I’m already looking forward to it.
It’s one of my favorite events to attend. I get to catch up with friends across the equipment industry, spend time with the folks at AEM, and hear what people are working on. Those conversations are a big part of why I keep coming back.
If you’ve been thinking about attending, I hope you’ll join us in Tucson, November 10–12.
The unseen side of agentic AI
A big thank-you to the folks at AEM for inviting me to lead a workshop this year.
We’re going to talk about agents and how they can help in the background of the daily workflows your teams already use. Think about the time spent tracking down information, moving it from one system to another, preparing a response, or chasing the next step in a process.
Those are the kinds of tasks I want to explore with the room.
Where could an agent help? What information would it need? What should it be allowed to do? And where does a person need to review the work or make the decision?
The goal is to make this practical enough that you can connect it to something happening inside your own organization.
Come ready to participate
This is a workshop, and participation is part of the plan.
You’ll be able to ask questions, contribute ideas, and take part in the buildouts as we work through the process together. I want the conversation in the room to help shape what we explore.
I’m still putting the session together, which means there’s time to bring your ideas into it.
Is there a daily workflow you’d like to see us tackle? A handoff that keeps slowing things down? A process where you think AI could help, but you’re unsure where to start?
Reach out before the conference. Tell me what you’re dealing with and what you’d like to see.
I’m looking forward to seeing my AEM friends, meeting some new ones, and building a few things together.
